I received the hs80 headset yesterday. Unfortunately, I can't turn on the RGB lighting. It only lights up briefly (white) when I switch it on and (red) when I switch it off. ICUE recognises the headset and the equaliser also works. The lighting can be switched, but the heaset does not light up. Can anyone help me? I have already updated the headset

I had the same problem and found the solution after a long search. You have to remove both hacks from the HS80 in the ICUE settings under Software and Games.

Hi, have you reset and/or reinstalled Icue? I would do that to be on the safe side and test again.
