Question about Samsung C34J791WTR
Hello everyone, the monitor has 2 USB A and USB C connections at the back and it says that it is a USB hub. I tried to connect my webcam to the USB C port and my mouse to the USB A port. The notebook Windows is connected to the monitor via the USB C and the picture and sound work perfectly. Only the webcam and mouse do not. If I connect both devices directly to the notebook, it works perfectly. What am I doing wrong?
Otherwise, try installing Thunderbolt3 and activating it for the Samsung. In our case, this was necessary for the USB hub to work.
are you on the right usb-c port? you need to connect it to the 85W port and not the 15W.
