Hello everyone, the radio is running finds all the stations but does not emit any sound. Does it have any hidden mute button? Or any other kind of mute? Many thanks

Have you tried pressing the power button for a long time and then turning up the volume? Maybe the radio is in an unfavourable position and no signal is coming through.
Also try to connect with Bluethooth and mobile phone.
