Question about i-tec C31tripledockpdch

Hello everyone. Unfortunately I managed to wreck my USB-C <> USB-C cable that comes with this docking station. As a replacement, to fully support Powerdelivery, I should be able to use any 3.1+ cable that specifically states 5A in its specification. Is my assumption correct?

Helpful answer
Hello,

Can you please contact our Technical support? support@itecproduct.com
We can send you a replacement cable.

But basically you need a cable that does support Data Transfer; Video Transfer and PowerDelivery

Yes and no - you should have a cable, that can deliver 100W (as in 10V, 5Amps) - also stated at the products manufacturer site, that it is a USB-C and Thunderbolt3 Dock - so, i'd go with a cable like in this sense:
Belkin Thunderbolt 3-Kabel USB-C 40Gb/s 100W 0,8m (0.80 m)

Hope that helps
