Question about SteelSeries Arctis Gamebuds

Hello everyone I bought the Arctis Gamebuds. Does anyone know if the fine noise while ANC is activated is normal? This is very confusing when gaming in quiet passages. These are already the second Gamebuds, I returned the first ones because the ANC didn't work on one earphone. Thanks and regards Michael

I'm not assuming that this is normal, as I don't have any noise.
Are the buds up to date or have you updated them?
Do they make noise with Bluetooth or connected to the dongle?
