Question about TechniSat DigitRadio 11 IR
Hello everyone My question about this device is almost more about the Technisat Control app. Why does only switching off the device via the app work? Switching on only via the remote control. Why is there an app to control the functions if you can't even switch the device on! With my Yamaha stereo system, I have to set the volume control to almost the highest level to achieve a normal volume with this device using the app or remote control. As a result, if I want to use the system without Digitradio, I almost damage my ears if I forget to turn down the volume on the system beforehand.

Sorry, I have found out how to switch the device on and off in the meantime!
Technisat support says that the analogue audio signal is compatible with most amplifiers, the final volume has to be adjusted on the amplifier. I have not yet been able to measure it properly, but the analogue peak level does not exceed -18dB. The digital SPDIF output manages a peak of -2dB, I am now trying an external D/A converter out of interest.
Good morning, yes that is the case, the analogue audio signal is rather very very weak and does not correspond to any "standard", I have therefore already written to Technisat support and hope for an answer. The digital signal on the SPDF output, on the other hand, is good.

I use the UNDOK app. I have other Internet radios and can operate all of them with this app.
