Question about Elgato Game Capture 4K60 Pro MK.2

Hello folks, I have a PC and a PS5, plus I stream on Twitch. I got the 4K60 pro MK.2 so that my viewers have a great experience and can enjoy the stream in a good quality. Now I have the problem that when I start the 4K utility etc. to play the game, the picture has a strange "filter" on it. The colours are not as bright as usual, it's all a bit greyish and my viewers confirm it too. What could it be? Thanks to all who try to help.

Hello Fabio, I can't tell you directly what the problem is, but you can adjust the image setting in the settings. Try it and see if you can improve the experience for you and your viewers.

In the menu "Device" you can change the HDMI colour space.

There are 1,2 more things I can think of:
- Try using a different HDMI cable?
- Do you also have a "distorted" picture when you go from the output of the card to the monitor instead of using the utility?
- Maybe try a different PCIe slot, I initially had problems with a blue screen on a certain PCIe.
- Mainboard BIOS up-to-date?

Hope any of this helps you.
