Question about Glorious PC Gaming Race model D
Hello Hello I recently ordered the mouse and am basically very satisfied. However, after a short time, despite the firmware update etc., it turned out that the mouse tends to disconnect "in-game" and reconnect again immediately, as if the mouse was unplugged and plugged in again. I did some research and found out that the same behaviour is apparently known for the Model O, seems to occur more often and that the cable is to blame. This is basically not a problem for me, as it is a warranty case, but I am interested to know if anyone has had the same experience with this model or if this is a known issue with the cable used?

I have had the Model D for a little over half a year now and have not noticed any problems so far. I also did some research before I bought it and I often read that people had a "cheap" mouse pad so that it seemed as if the mouse hooked. The problem was due to the material surface of the pad. The problem you describe can of course have many causes. It could be the hardware of the mouse itself, the cable or the USB interface of your computer.
However, if you are sure that the mouse really is completely disconnected and that it is not an error on the computer side, then the only option is to return it.
