Hello, how can I activate the camera? I'm using a new MacBook Pro, which works so far and is even charged via USB-C. Unfortunately, the camera doesn't work at all and I can't find it either. I also have the problem with the integrated speakers in the monitor. The output is found under the Mac but only the MacBook Pro microphone can be selected as input. Does anyone know this problem and can help?

Use the monitor in parallel with a MacBook Pro 16' 2019 running Catalina and a MacBook Pro 15' 2014 running Sierra. I have connected the 2019 via a Thunderbolt Dock via USB C. The two computers are controlled by the monitor's internal switch, which also switches the USB connection to the mouse and keyboard.

The camera works most of the time. If it sometimes doesn't respond, it helps to disconnect the monitor from the mains briefly and/or reset the monitor via the interface.

I don't use the sound output on the monitor because the volume cannot be controlled and the quality is subterranean. I do not use the sound input.

The Ethernet connection does not work for me.

I sometimes have to reset the USB connection and interrupt the power supply, just like the camera connection. However, it helps to switch off the monitor at the main switch when using it for a longer period of time.

I have a Windows system, but the same problem with the camera: you have to deactivate the internal camera. I think this is a Mac/Windows problem, because you can't work with an external camera in parallel. I had no problems with the speakers.
