Another Sonos device can be added very easily via the app and explains in an understandable way and in a few steps how the new Sonos Box can be put into operation. The app can then be used to control which music should be played on which box or whether both should form a virtual room together.

Sonos sets up its own WLAN to synchronise the devices with each other. Only one device has to be connected with a cable, the others are operated via WLAN. As a user, you do not have to worry about configuring this Sonos WLAN, it is set up automatically.
