Question about Nokia 220 (2019)

Hello, I bought the Nokia 220 (2019) to replace the Nokia 230. I want to use the phone with my Swisscom prepaid SIM card. Unfortunately, the phone does not recognise the SIM card. A new SIM card was created for me in the Swisscom shop, but this also does not work with this phone (no problems with the Nokia 230). Does anyone know the problem and the solution? Thanks in advance for your answers.

I had the same problem with my Nokia 220 and a Salt prepaid SIM card. I think this worked on all the smartphones of the staff at the Salt centre in lucerne, but not on my Nokia 220, so I returned this device and bought an ''emporia Talksmart'', which works without any problems with my Salt prepaid SIM card. I recommend you test whether it works with your Salt prepaid SIM card before buying another device.

The SIM card I inserted did not work - but that was a user problem. It seems that "SIM 1" is occupied first. Only "SIM 2" did not work.
