Hello :) I bought this keyboard and mouse. Now I have connected it to my Macbook and this works great, only some keys (e.g. O,L ) and some other characters do not work.... Does anyone have any idea what the problem could be?

Do you have the possibility to test the keyboard on another device (Windows PC/notebook)? If the problems are also present there, then in my opinion this would be a warranty case.
