Hello, I bought this product but it doesn't light up to replace my old neon tube. Normally, with LED tubes, you need an ad hoc starter, which wasn't supplied. Should I order one and if so, which model?

Hi Olivo 25,

If you have an electromagnetic ballast in your luminaire you need a starter, in mine it was an electronic ballast so there was no starter. The neon in question works without a starter... it won't work in your home. You need to order another neon.
