Question about Arctic Z1 Per gene 3
Hello, I bought this product, mounted yesterday evening with my Samsung 49" monitor and it is apparently too heavy, because the arm goes down each time to land on the furniture and the screen tilts down, and yes I tightened very hard. is the product defective? or the screen is too heavy but it is compatible

I had the same problem.
This product is not compatible with 49 inch curved screens despite what it says !!!!
I had to weld a plate in place of the plastic rotating ball to make it fit and again I even had to shorten the elements because it tilted sideways.
Do not order this product for these screens.
I also ordered another Newstar bracket at 180 chf and same problem... so I preferred to modify the cheaper bracket. ABE
