Hello, I bought your product, followed the installation instructions, but when the Displex is installed, I can't use my keyboard and mouse. It seems that the Displex is causing the touch screen to malfunction. I'm working on a Lenovo Thinkpad Yoga X13 Gen4... It's a bit annoying...

Please check that the filter is attached correctly and without tension, otherwise the function may be impaired on sensitive touchscreens such as the Yoga X13 Gen 4. Repositioning or an alternative attachment method may help.
