Question about Corsair Void RGB Elite
Hello, I got the headset for Christmas and since the first 5 minutes I have had no sound in my left ear. Yesterday I had sound in both ears for a short time, but since I switched on the PC this morning, I no longer have sound in my left ear. I have also tried the headset on another PC and have the same problem there. What could be the reason for this and how can I fix it?
I would try the appropriate drivers if you haven't installed it (see link), otherwise open a warranty case.
