Question about Akai MPK Mini MK3
Hello, I have been wanting to get a Mpk for a while. Since I don't know whether the Mk2 or the Mk3 is better, I'd rather ask first. The Mk3 does not have a midi connector. Is the midi connection very important and which of the two products mentioned is better? Thank you!
MIDI works via USB additionally the mk3 was optimised for the in-house (FREE) MPC Beats software ... I would definitely recommend this controller.
AKAI Professional sends their small USB/MIDI keyboard controller into the third round. The MPK Mini MK3 comes with a modernised user interface, OLED display, a newly developed keyboard, new pads in the current MPC-One style and can be directly integrated into the setup without driver installation.
Also included are presets for controlling many DAW software, such as Ableton Live, Apple Logic Pro and FL Studio.
