Hello, I have connected the monitor to a Mac mini M2 with an Apple thunderbolt cable. The resolution is 5120 x 1440 but the refresh rate is only 30 Hertz. What could be the reason that there is no 60 Hertz?

Check/replace cable. My MacBookPro 14", M1, is connected via USB-C and I have the full resolution at 70 Hz.

See page 16 of the instructions. Switch USB to 2.0, then it works with 60 Hz
