Question about Sony WF-1000XM4
Hello I have constant interruptions when I run with the headphones. No matter what the environment. I didn't have this with the Sony Overear headphones. Does anyone have any advice? Should I send the headphones back? Thank you!

-Reconnect the headset and Bluetooth device.
-Place the headset in the charging case, close the charging case lid, and then remove the headset from the charging case to connect it to the Bluetooth device.
-When the adaptive sound control is on, the headset detects the wearer's actions and automatically adjusts the noise cancellation function. When this setting is changed, the music may pause momentarily. This is not a malfunction.
-Reset the headset.
-Initialise the headset and pair the headset with the unit again.

we are sorry to hear this. During Bluetooth playback, the following 2 sound quality modes can be selected. You can change the setting and check the sound quality mode with the app "Sony | Headphones Connect".
-Priority on sound quality: The sound quality has priority.
-Priority on stable connection: The connection stability has priority (default).
If the connection is unstable and there are interruptions, for example, select the mode "Priority on stable connection".
