Hello, I received the Delock HDMI Audio Extractor 4K 30 Hz today. I have a Samsung TV model UE55U8070FU, I want to connect the headphones with the extractor because this TV does not have a slot for the headphones. Now I have to connect them with the extractor via HDMI 1 (eARC). The TV recognises that the HDMI slot is being used, but then reports that the Audio Extractor is not receiving any power, even though it is being powered via the USB port. What is going wrong here? Thanks for the answer.

Hey WässrigerDroraid53!
I can't remember exactly how I wired it up, but note that this device has an HDMI IN and OUT connection (direction is crucial), so you also need to connect it to the TV in the correct "direction".
In my case, I connected the HDMI output of the TV to the HDMI input of the extractor and only then connected a 2CH active loudspeaker to the extractor. It is important that the button is set to 2CH accordingly.

It worked for me straight away. Try to narrow down the error: different type of power supply (with the power adapter), connect another HDMI device to the TV (does it still grumble?), etc...
