Hello, If we order and the monitor comes from a third party supplier (for example JACOB DE), the guarantee remains for 36 months? Also, if we need to make use of the warranty at a later date, should we contact Digitec or the third-party supplier? Thank you in advance for these clarifications.

The third-party dealer also offers a 36-month warranty on this item.
Should a service case arise, this can be registered with us, but the handling and responsibility lies with the third-party dealer.
