Hello, I'm at a loss: are emergency calls / calls to contacts possible with Galaxus MultiSIM? Does the person notified have to install an app on their smartphone to receive the call for help with GPS coordinates?

Emergency calls are contacts to be defined which you must save. These are called when you have the eSIM active or are connected to the mobile phone.
I no longer know how the GPS coordinates are transmitted, but it is possible that they are transmitted with a text message.
It works the same as with Samsun mobiles.
To alert a blue light organisation you have to save this as a contact.

Hello Guido5
If the Multi Sim is active in the watch, you can make autonomous calls with the watch - the mobile can be anywhere. The watch, the SIM must of course have a network. By emergency call I mean the connection to a blue light organisation but not to a private contact. As far as I know, coordinates are only sent with a call from an APP (Rega or similar). The blue light organisation will be able to locate you via the mobile network. With a beacon, e.g. Strava, the emergency contact must also have Strava installed as far as I know.
