Hello, is it possible to control systems such as Sonos or Philips Hue or to install the apps? Thank you

Yes, this is possible with Philips Hue. Hue announces the device names to the Google Home via the Internet account. With "Hey Google, switch on desk" I can switch on my desk lamp, for example. I don't use Sonos.
