Hello. Is it possible to play other games outside of steam on other launchers such as battelnet or epic games?

Yes, there are numerous instructions on the internet. Other launchers can be added in desktop mode, but there are also ways to list and start games from other launchers in the Steam Launcher in Steam mode.
