It has been more than 3 weeks since I ordered the Gigaset N510 IP Pro for CHF 141. Galaxus promised me that the product I ordered would arrive between 14 and 19 February 2025.
Due to this delay our medical practice is currently experiencing difficulties. We have lost telephone contact with our patients.

I saw on your site that the device could arrive at the delivery address of Issack Biyong, IPM-International, Grand-rue 1A, 1st floor, 2000 Neuchâtel between 24 February and 1 March. Previously the likely date was between 14 and 19 February. Is this last date finally the right one?

Hello Sir/Madam, I ordered the Gigaset N510 IP Pro more than 3 weeks ago for CHF 141. Galaxus .
I have just read that a device of the same description, but at FCH 139, will be delivered this evening in Neuchâtel. Will it be delivered to 
Issack Biyong, IPM-International, Grand-rue 1A, CH-2000 Neuchâtel, on the 1st floor. If so, it's my parcel.
If it is, I will be delighted to receive it, as the wait has been so long.
