Hello, there are 2 different Minecraft for Nintendo Switch. Is the cheaper game different from the more expensive game? Does the more expensive game also come with this foreground image? My daughter really wants this game with this picture, she says it is different when playing. Thank you for your reply.

The only difference between the two products is the language.

German, French, Italian version: Nintendo Minecraft
English, French version: Nintendo Minecraft

But these two are both the same Minecraft game for the Nintendo Switch.
