Question about Samsung C34H890WGR
Hello Together I have just unpacked my new Samsung C34H890WGR. Unfortunately, the joint for tilting the monitor is set too weakly. This means that the monitor always tilts to the lowest position (tilted downwards). I cannot lock / fix the monitor in the vertical position. Do any of you have this problem or a solution for me? Hello MaxKlötzli, my monitor joint has lasted for 1.5 years now, in every position. You may need to open a warranty case if it is a recent purchase. I can't offer you a technical solution. Greetings
