Question about i-tec Nano Dock

Hello Together The dock is working great with all ports loaded, but I have noticed a problem. Both the HDMI Switch equip 332723 and the Delock Switch 2in-1Out do not work with this dock. When these are connected to the dock, no signal comes through, but when I connect my display directly to the dock it works without any problems. However, when I connect the HDMI switch directly to my Yoga 370, it works without any problems. I have my laptop connected to a display and a TV and want to switch between them as needed. I have connected the dock to the laptop via a USB-C extension cable so that I can continue to use it as a convertible alongside the display. However, when I have the HDMI cable connected to the laptop in addition to the dock, it becomes extremely awkward. What is the problem and (if it can't be fixed) is there a dock with similar connections and price where these switches would work?

The HDMI connection has now completely given up the ghost. I think I have found the problem...

Do you have a USB-C power supply connected to the dock? Maybe you're just missing some power.
