Hello, we bought the docking station today at Digitec. But we can't get a picture from the ASUS ROG II to the monitor. Neither via HDMI nor via Display Port (latest Samsung Curved Monitor). The PC signal works, which means that the cables should be OK. Switching between PC and mobile mode also works, the fan also reports (loudly) when the phone is put in the cradle, but the picture does not come... What could be the problem? Is the docking station defective?

Hi, do you happen to have the cover that came with the device? It fits in like that, but it doesn't work. Unfortunately, it only works without the cover.
