Hello With USB-C Standart to the monitor does not work. Thunderbolt docking should work. I have connected the monitor via Thunderbolt 3 docking. Driver docking takes over the monitor.

Yes, the Samsung should always be recognised via Thunderbolt/USB-C.
The problem is not with the monitor, but with the display limits of macOS or the docking station.

MacBook Pro natively supports only one external monitor. Use DisplayLink dock + DisplayLink driver that should work.
