Question about Gigaset Comfort 500HX Duo handset
Hello, years ago I had to deal with the purchase of landline telephones. Now they are getting on in years and are failing. Can anyone tell me whether the Gigaset Comfort 500HX Duo works or can be connected to Swisscom's Interne-Box 2? Thank you

There is no Ethernet cable on the Gigaset 500HX duo that can be connected to the Phone port of Swisscom's Internet Box 2. For this reason I did not keep it.
Hello, I'm not familiar with Swisscom's internet box, but if it's capable of behaving like a DECT (Digital Enhanced Cordless Telecommunications) station, then yes, it should work, otherwise you'll have to buy a DECT station, like the Gigaset GO-Box 100, or something similar.
I use UPC (Sunrise) and the router is not capable of DECT, in two words you need a Voip switch if you want to use COMFORT 500HX duo.
