Question about Samsung Odyssey G7 LC32G75TQSUXEN
Hello Can anyone help me: Monitor unpacked and mounted. Switched on after connecting and NO PICTURE, NO OSD. The picture does not stay completely black but glows slightly. Tried with HDMI, DP on two PCs and 1 laptop.... Is it defective? Thanks!
Looks like a backlight defect. If <7 days since receipt, simply DOA at Digitec = immediate exchange by Digitec. If >7 days, then probably via Samsung support :)
