Question about Corsair Void RGB Elite
Hello I am extremely convinced of the headset, I even bought it again when my Micro Usb connection on the cable broke. I got the new headset and the supplied 2m cable doesn't hold properly, seems to me to be a weak point with this headset. Is there an original replacement for the cable? I have tried other micro USB cables, but they fall out again by themselves when worn
We have 3 of them in use in our household and charge them via different cables/connections (via PC / via socket). We have never had any problems with the plug on the headset.
The connection on the headset is a micro USB, which does not allow it to be plugged in at will. Is it possible that the connection on the headset is defective/loose or that you tried to connect it the wrong way round and it broke as a result?
Hello, I have several cables that fit well in the socket for charging. I mainly use them wirelessly. It's a very good headset. Perhaps you have a faulty connector? Best regards
Hi, in my case the cable is holding in place. I would report the headset as defective to Digitec with the description. At best, you'll get a new one. Good luck.
