Hello, I am the happy owner of a XQISIT oE400 ANC. I need to replace the battery, but I haven't found any guidelines on how to do this. Where and how can I open the phones to replace the battery? Also I need to replace the ear-cups, where do I buy them? Thanks for your help!

Not sure what you did but I use mine between 60-100 hours a week and the battery is fine. Looks like you used a bad charger. Officially battery can’t be replaced so you’ll need some skill and order a offbrand battery
