Hello, I have only had the headphones for a short time and have the following problem. I have to put my mobile phone on silent at work. However, when I have the headphones in my ear, I still want to hear my ringtone, but the phone is muted. With my old bluetooth this was possible, unfortunately with these I haven't found what the reason is that the bluetooth only rings when the phone is loud or on vibrate. Hope someone can help me.
