Hello, I have the Arctis pro Wireless since today and use it on the PS4. How can I update the firmware? I have already downloaded the steelEngine but I don't understand how to proceed.

Hi Stefan, I think you need to connect the USB cable to the PC to update the firmware. You can't do it wirelessly. You should be able to do the update on the overview page if one is available. Contact me if it still doesn't work :)
