Hello I have the following setup: M1 Macbook Air with two monitors (ASUS ROG Strix XG32VQR, BenQ RL2755HM). When I connect the docking station, the laptop does not charge. In addition, both screens are not recognised. Can you help me here?

Power supply unit is connected and working? I assume the hub is switched on? What cable between dock and Book (TB? TB3?), what cable between dock and monitors?
