Hello, I have two questions about the product: 1. in the reviews I have read that the key is sometimes displayed as invalid and in this case you supposedly don't get a refund. Is this true, or do you get a refund in such a case? 2. is this licence key sufficient to install Windows 11 Home on a new PC, or do I also need something else apart from a boot stick?

If the licence key is invalid, you can of course get a refund from our customer service. The licence key is sufficient to activate Windows 11 Home. You will also need an installation medium such as a USB boot stick for the installation.
