Hello I have Xiaomi Mi Smart Speakers at home which do not connect to the Wi-Fi. Are they compatible with this Google Nest Hub? Apparently it should work with this hub then. If not, can you return opened hardware for an extra charge? Thanks for the answer

They are on the same network. The question is whether these boxes are compatible with the Google Nest Home device.

As far as I know, Google Home can only control devices in the same network. However, I cannot say to what extent the xiaomi speakers can be integrated into the network via Matter.
