Hello, I ordered this headset for telecommuting but I have a big problem because the people I am talking to can hear each other. It's echoing in the headset. I have ordered this headset for teleworking but I have a big problem because the people I am talking to can hear each other in the headset and they all say that it is very unpleasant and sometimes ask me to call them back, but it doesn't help because it doesn't change anything. Can you tell me how to solve this problem?

You need a minimum of settings in your conferencing software, otherwise the headset is useless. You can't just plug in the headset to do a video conference... Google is your friend in this case.

My hypothesis is that the problem is not with the headset, but with the fact that the sound of your program does not come from the headset but from the microphone of your computer. What video conferencing program are you using? Please make sure that the sound is coming from the headset in the settings of the videoconferencing program.
