Hello I wanted to update the firmware of the adapter (dongle) but the firmware updater crashed. Now Windows no longer recognises the adapter and so the firmware updater no longer shows anything and of course it no longer works. There is also no LED light on the adapter any more. Is there any way to fix this and reload the firmware? Many thanks for your support!

You can run the software application in Windows and (again) install the update. The controller is then updated and bug fixes are created. This makes it possible to use it again. I hope I was able to help you.
