Hello Is it suitable for photo editing?

It's an IPS panel, it's what you need, but it doesn't have Adobe RGB colourimetry, it's only sRGB.
So I would say that it depends on your use, if your photos are meant for screens, it will be fine, if they are meant for printing it is better to go for an Adobe RGB screen.
The only "affordable" 27" 4k Adobe RGB screen is the BenQ SW271.
