Good evening - I would say yes, as the driver is "an app" that you find in the app-store (https://apps.apple.com/us...) - either it is native "apple silicone", or it is partly emulated by rosetta2 on M1.
I saw nothing, that it would not be compatible, so I installed the app on my M1 (Monterey, but I think it works for BigSur too) and it ran - I'm pretty sure it will run on the Mac M1 - but no guarantee (I don't work for Digitec, nor galaxus)
