Hello TechniSat Digitradio 143 V3 Can it be connected directly to a pair of active speakers (e.g. Edifier R1280DBs) via the optical port or to a sound bar (same optical port) without going through an amplifier? Thank you

Helpful answer

Yes, it runs on a Samsung Q995GC via Toslink. TV in parallel via eARC.

When I switch on the 143, the soundbar switches on automatically and switches to the correct input.
