Hello The monitor does not recognise the USB-C cable. I have tried it with my HP and the Apple notebook. It is the second monitor, the first one has already been replaced. Has anyone also had this problem and been able to solve it? Thanks in advance who knows an answer. Amedeo

I also have the same problem. However, it works for me with the HP Notebok but not with the 2018 MacBook Pro.
I have tried with all kinds of cables USB-C to USB-C, DP to USB-C, Tunderbold 3.
Apple support says I should contact the cable manufacturer.

It was the same for me until I used an original Apple USB-C cable. (approx. 50 cm long)
