Question about Jabra Engage 75 Stereo

Hello, We have bought three headsets (Jabra Engange 75 Stereo, wireless). The base station of all three headsets is connected via an EHS cable (DHSG) to a Unity OpenStage 40T landline phone. Technically, everything seems to work as desired. However, the microphone quality is subterranean. I have already made several settings via JabaDirect software - but nothing works. Our dispatchers sound like robots. Does anyone have similar problems or a solution for this phenomenon? For a headset in this price range, I expect a bit more quality.

We also have 3 jabra engage 75. We have also connected them via EHS to our SNOM phones. It works perfectly and the quality is great. Maybe I would check the setup again and see if the jabra is wired correctly to the phone. Or you can also do tests by connecting mobile phones or laptops and see how it sounds.

Hello
I also had this behaviour once with a Jabra Engage 75 in connection with an Aastra phone and DHSG adapter. I was able to solve the problem by resetting the Engage 75 base station to the factory settings via the menu. (To do this, press and hold the touch surface until the Advanced Menu appears.
