Question about HP Travel Multi Port Hub

Hi all. I have an HP ProBook 650 G8 and unfortunately this travel hub does not work as intended. My ProBook has a 45W power supply and somehow this is not enough wattage to charge the device and operate the hub with all its functions. Has anyone had the same experience or is my hub possibly partially defective? It works, but suddenly Windows displays a message indicating that the battery life is limited. The whole thing is strange.....

Helpful answer
I use the original USB-C power supply of my HP notebook on the HUB and it works without any problems.

I use the original 65W power supply and it works perfectly.

As the description says, it needs a 65 or 90W adapter for charging via the hub to work.
