Question about Xqisit OE500 ANC

Hi guys, I have a question about the OE500. I have noticed that the Active Noise Cancellation (ANC) on my device seems to switch on for no apparent reason. Have you noticed this too? Or could this be a bug? You can switch the headphones on/off and the ANC on/off separately with a button. The ANC can also be switched on when the headphones are actually off. Sometimes the ANC switches itself on, then I can switch it off again, and 5-10 seconds later it switches itself on again. then the second time the switch-off usually works longer (no idea how long). But when I need it again later (sometimes 2 days later), the ANC is switched on again. (all quite arbitrary...) If no one has noticed this, I will probably write to the support. Thanks in advance.

I find the ANC on these headphones not exactly top class, but at least I can switch it on and off without any problems. So I think it's a defect in the headphones.
