Question about Sennheiser Momentum 3

Hi. i do have issues with my Sennheiser Momentum Wireless 3: quite regularly only the right earbud gets charged in the dedicated box. The left one is either empty or receives only very little charge. It is already my second pair as I had to exchange the first one due to noise cancelling not working. Anybody else with a similar issue? Any solution? Thanks a lot.

Hi there. I had exactly the same problem but it was happening with both ear buds. Eventually they stopped being able to be charged with the box entirely. I am currently waiting for a replacement, but by the sounds of things if you had this problem twice I should just get a full refund?

Hello, I have exactly the same problem with my Sennheiser MW3. Also already replaced; same problem again.
I have the feeling that the speakers are very sensitive to fast chargers. Slow charging works.
