Hi, I ordered this headset at the beginning of the year for my consoles and I've noticed that sometimes the sound in games is "polluted" by crackling (some sounds, not all). This has happened on the XBOX and more regularly on the PS5. I'm also chatting on discord and my voices regularly crackle. Where does the problem come from? How can I fix it or is it a hardware problem with the headset?
